The lands are treated with sulfur and Bordeaux mixture, products used for
Biological agriculture.
In case of needing to pull out vines, the important size of the vineyards allows us to do
so without having to disinfect the soil with chemical treatments. Instead the plot is let
to rest for several years until it is ready to be replanted.
The harvest is done exclusively by hand, which is very important for the quality,
notably because of the high age of our vines, which averages at around thirty years. |
