CHÂTEAU
COUSSIN SAINTE VICTOIRE
Cuvée César rouge 2001
This ultra-premium cuvée, the result of a
selection of syrah, mourvèdre and grenache grapes, is well
rendred in it’s type. May the original case fashioned by the
sculptor César, a detail of which is featured on the neck
label, not in itself retain all of your attention. For the
body of this wine, dark, with a purple halo is no less
beautiful. For the bouquet harmonizing toasty notes, cocoa and
brioche is without restraint. For the tannins, dense with a
powerful structure have a caramelised fruit and chocolate
finish. In a year or two the pleasure will be grand.
